THE WILDS WITHIN US ARE NOT BROKEN, COPING WITH STRESS BEGINS FROM WITHIN.

I offer small, skills‑based support groups on an as‑needed basis. Groups are created in response to community interest rather than on a fixed schedule. This allows each group to be intentional, relevant, and tailored to the needs of the people who reach out.

If you are interested in joining a group or would like to know when the next one may be forming, you are welcome to contact me. When enough interest gathers around a shared theme or need, I will open a group and provide details about timing, structure, and focus.
